Single Skin Partitions
Panels are constructed from 43 x 43 x 1.2mm (18g) cold rolled angles and 32 x 32 x 0.7mm (22g) cold rolled tee bars with 0.8mm (21g) CR4 mild steel or 50 x 50 x 3mm (10g) weldmesh sheets spot welded into the framework
Double Skin Partitions
Panels are constructed from 25.4 x 42 x 25.4 x 1.2mm cold rolled channels panelled both sides with 0 8mm (21g) CR4 mild steel sheet with 30mm Rockwool mineral fibre infill and are joined together using an ‘H’ section, making the installation very similar to the installation of composite part systems. Panels are available in solid, half-glazed, solid/glazed/solid or borrowed light elevation.
Anti-Collapse Mesh
Designed as a mesh screen to clad pallet racking and increase safety when handling pallets and palletized items, our mesh panels are constructed from 431 43 x 1.2mm cold rolled angle framework with a 32 x 32 x 0.7mm cold rolled tee bar into which 75 x75, 3mm mesh sheets are spot welded to give added strength and resistance to impact.
Crash Barriers
Available in either Heavy or Standard Duty specification our crash barriers protect machinery, racking, shelving and partitioning, in factories and warehouses from damage by pallet and forklift trucks, trolleys etc. The heavy Duty version comprises a 312mm deep galvanized steel rail, bolted onto 100 x 100 x 3.5mm support posts, 750mm high mounted on 200 x 200 x 10mm base plates.
Pedestrian Barriers
A Light Duty barrier system to provide a simple and economical way to create safety pedestrian areas in the factory or warehouse, at ground floor level or on raised floors. Constructed from 50 15012.5mm square hollow section, mounted on 200 x 5O x 10mm base plates. Available with single or double rails, which are bolted to the posts so that individual components may be replaced if damaged.
Suspended Ceilings
We also supply and install a wide range of suspended ceiling systems for use with our steel partition systems. The range includes both 15mm & 24mm exposed grid systems with an extensive variety of ceiling tiles.
